Prop Customer Agreement
Bitrux Prop Services — Terms of Use and Rules

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you register, buy any plan, or use the Bitrux Prop services. These Terms form an agreement between you and Bitrux, and they set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both sides in connection with your use of the services.

By creating an account, buying any prop plan, entering a challenge, using a trading account, or using any service provided by Bitrux, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the trading rules, the related policies, and any other applicable regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, or you are unable to accept them, you must not use the Bitrux Prop services.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the Bitrux services means that you accept these Terms and the rules attached to those services in full and without conditions. These Terms cover every rule about buying a plan, placing trades, managing your account, performance evaluation, receiving profit (Payout), trading restrictions, risk management, and any other requirement announced by Bitrux.

Where you are given an option to confirm or accept the rules during registration, purchase, or use of the services, choosing "I agree" or continuing to use the services counts as your confirmation and acceptance of these Terms.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reading and following every rule and condition that applies to your account. Not knowing a rule, not reading the Terms, or understanding them differently does not release you from responsibility if a rule is broken.

3. Additional Terms

Some Bitrux services, plans, or features may carry additional, service-specific terms or rules. Where the general Terms and the specific terms of a service differ, the terms of that service apply, unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

4. Changes and Updates to the Rules

Bitrux may amend or update these Terms and the service rules at any time where this is necessary for technical, operational, security, or legal reasons.

A new version of the rules takes effect from the date it is announced or the date it becomes enforceable. Continuing to use the services after the changes take effect counts as acceptance of the new version of the Terms.

The version of the rules that applies to an account is the version that was visible to you, and available for you to accept, at the time you bought or activated that service — except where changes must be applied because of legal or security requirements, or to prevent abuse of the system.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

The Bitrux Prop services are not a guarantee of profit or of trading success. Trading performance, following the rules, and managing risk are your responsibility, and receiving a Payout depends on meeting every condition and requirement set for the account.

1. Max Daily Loss

This rule sets the most your account may lose during a single trading day. If the account's total loss reaches the set limit, the rule is breached and the prop account is disabled.

The exact daily loss allowance is shown on your Prop dashboard.

2. Max Drawdown

This rule sets the most your account may fall, from the start of its activity through to the end. If the account's loss and decline reach the set limit, the rule is breached and the prop account is disabled.

The exact maximum loss allowance is shown on your Prop dashboard.

3. Floating Risk

The most your open positions are allowed to lose. This rule looks at the live, unrealised loss on your open trades: if the combined loss of your open positions passes the permitted limit, the rule is breached and the prop account is disabled.

The exact permitted risk is shown on your Prop dashboard.

4. Profit Target

The profit target sets how much profit your account must reach in order to pass each prop phase.

The amount of profit required is different at each target. Once you reach the target that has been set, you can move on to the next phase or, depending on your account's conditions, continue with the process of receiving your profit.

The exact figure for each target is shown on your Prop dashboard.

5. MGD – Margin Duration

MGD is an alternative to a minimum number of trading days. Instead of counting the days on which you traded, this rule looks at how much margin is committed to your open positions and how long it stays committed.

The calculation is based on the full size of the prop account, and the margin of all open positions is added together.

Example: if you have a $1,000 account with a 24-hour MGD, the combined margin of your open positions must be $1,000, and it must stay committed to trades for 24 hours.

If you use only $500 of margin, you must keep it committed for 48 hours. If you use $250, the time required becomes 96 hours.

The exact MGD figure and your progress towards it are shown on your Prop dashboard.

6. News Blackout

This rule states whether trading is permitted while important economic news is being released. Its purpose is to control trading risk at times when the market may be sharply and unpredictably volatile because of a major news release.

The details and restrictions that apply to trading around news are shown on your Prop dashboard.

7. Max Inactivity

This rule sets how long your prop account may go without any trading activity. If the account is inactive for the set period, the rule is breached and the account is disabled.

The exact period of inactivity permitted is shown on your Prop dashboard.

8. Symbol Exposure

This rule sets how much of your account's margin may be committed to a single trading symbol at the same time.

If you try to commit more than the permitted amount of margin to one symbol, the position will not open, or you will not be able to add margin to an existing position, and a Symbol Exposure limit error is shown.

The exact amount permitted for each symbol is shown on your Prop dashboard.

9. Max Volume

This rule sets the largest trading volume you may enter for a single position or trade.

If your order volume is above the permitted limit, the order will not open and a volume limit error is shown.

The exact volume permitted is shown on your Prop dashboard.

10. Min Lifespan

Every position must stay open for at least the period set. If a trade is closed sooner than this, the position still closes, but its profit is not counted towards the account; if the trade closes at a loss, however, that loss is still deducted from the account.

This rule exists to prevent very short-term trading, and it does not apply to scalper accounts.

The exact minimum holding time for a position is shown on your Prop dashboard.

11. Max Open Positions

This rule sets the maximum number of positions you may hold open at the same time.

Once your open positions reach the limit that has been set, you will not be able to open a new position.

The exact maximum number of positions permitted is shown on your Prop dashboard.

12. Prop Account Status Definitions

Under Assessment

Your account is in the evaluation phase and you may continue trading under the rules and conditions that have been set. During this phase, your performance and your compliance with the account rules are reviewed.

Passed

Your account has successfully met all the conditions and targets of the evaluation phase and has passed.

Breach

One of the account rules has been broken and the account can no longer continue trading.

13. Payment, Purchase, and Activation Rules

A challenge may be bought only through payment methods approved by Bitrux, including USDT, the platform's spot wallet, and other official assets.

A payment is treated as valid only once it has been confirmed by the relevant network and correctly recorded in the Bitrux system.

Sending funds to the wrong network, an incorrect smart contract, an expired address, or an unsupported asset is the participant's own responsibility.

Network fees (gas fees), conversion fees, and transfer costs are not part of the challenge price and are paid by the user.

Once the account has been activated, the challenge fee is non-refundable, except in the event of a system error confirmed by Bitrux.

Account activation may be delayed until the technical, security, KYC (identity verification), and AML (anti-money laundering) checks are complete.

14. Single Prop Account Policy

Each participant may hold only one active evaluation account at any one time, unless a particular plan expressly permits more than one account.

If you buy a new account while an earlier account is still active, the system may deactivate the older account automatically.

Before the new account is activated, the system may close all open positions and pending orders (Limit, Stop, OCO) on the earlier account.

Any profit, loss, missed opportunity, or slippage that results from an account being cancelled is the participant's own responsibility.

Using multiple identities, reusing wallets, or splitting accounts in order to get around risk limits is strictly prohibited.

15. Validation and Approval of Eligible Profit

Only profit that meets the conditions required for passing a challenge or for a Payout is counted as valid profit.

Profit made from trades that involve very short-term trading, HFT, arbitrage, copy trading, the exploitation of system bugs, abnormal price movements, or irregular trading may be removed from the profit that can be approved.

Losses, fees, and negative effects on drawdown are always counted, even where the profit from the same trade is judged to be invalid.

Reaching the profit target on its own does not mean you have passed; the account must first come through the review and validation stage successfully.

Example: if part of an account's profit came from short-term, invalid trades and another part came from a valid news window, only the remaining valid profit is treated as the account's eligible profit, and the excluded parts are deducted from the profit that counts.

16. Aggressive Trading and Anti-Abuse Policy

Aggressive trading covers behaviour that resembles gambling, or an attack on the company's risk model, more than it resembles professional, managed trading.

Examples of this behaviour include all-in trades, repeated use of maximum leverage, sharp increases in trade size after a run of losses, and other high-risk behaviour with no money management.

Bitrux may restrict or block accounts whose trading behaviour is very high-risk and aggressive, even before a drawdown has been breached.

Using very high leverage on a single position, so that the smallest market movement causes a heavy loss, may be treated as an example of unprofessional and aggressive trading.

17. Prohibited Arbitrage Techniques

Any arbitrage that makes use of technical flaws in the platform, delays in order execution, or price differences between servers is prohibited.

This includes latency arbitrage, the exploitation of price-feed errors, and arbitrage between different accounts.

Profit obtained from technical inconsistencies or system errors rather than from trading skill is not treated as valid and may lead to the account being closed.

18. HFT Trading

HFT (High-Frequency Trading) means trading carried out at very high speed and in very high numbers, usually automatically, by bots or trading systems.

Methods whose purpose is to place a very large number of trades in a short time, to exploit system latency, or to profit from very small market movements are not permitted on Bitrux prop accounts.

Profit made through HFT may be removed from the account's approvable profit, and where these methods are used the account may become subject to review or restriction.

19. Copy Trading and Third-Party Account Management

Copy trading, repeating signals, and running a single strategy across several accounts without the prior approval of Bitrux are not permitted.

Handing your account to another person to trade, to manage the account, or to take a challenge on your behalf is also prohibited, and may result in account access being revoked.

Bitrux may use information such as IP address, device fingerprint, trading patterns, and the timing of trades to identify linked accounts and unauthorised activity.

20. Bots, APIs, and Automation

Using bots and APIs is permitted provided that all Bitrux trading rules and restrictions are respected.

Full responsibility for any error, loss, or rule breach arising from automated activity rests with the trader.

Bitrux reserves the right to review trading code, or to ask for an explanation of the logic behind the algorithms being used.

21. AML and Sanctions Compliance

Bitrux may, at any stage of the process, request identity documents, proof of address, or documents relating to the source of funds, for identity verification and security checks.

Transactions or activity connected with illegal activity, crypto mixers, or sanctioned addresses may result in the account and its assets being frozen.

Failing to provide the documents or information required within the period stated may result in a profit withdrawal request being refused.

22. Withdrawable Profit and the Trader's Share

Profit made during the evaluation phase cannot be withdrawn; it is calculated only in order to measure the trader's performance and to assess the conditions of the challenge.

Once the account is Passed / Funded, the profit made can be withdrawn under the conditions of the account. The amount available for withdrawal is calculated from the account's real equity, the Payout conditions, and the profit share set for the trader.

Where an account has a special tier or profit share, the trader's share is calculated according to the conditions of that plan.

The profit paid out as the trader's share is deducted from the account, and the account balance after the withdrawal is calculated on that basis. Withdrawing profit can therefore also affect the account's drawdown calculations.

The default profit share percentage, and the profit share for each plan, are shown on the plans page and the purchase page.

23. Profit Review and Payout Process

A profit withdrawal request can be submitted on Sundays only. Once the request has been submitted, your account and your trades are reviewed for compliance with the prop rules and to establish whether the profit is eligible.

The review of a withdrawal request may take up to 48 hours. If there is no problem with the account or the trades, the approved profit is credited in USDT to your spot wallet at Bitrux.

To submit a Payout request, the account must meet the conditions required for withdrawing profit, including Passed/Funded status, having no open positions, and following the other rules on profit and withdrawal.

The review examines matters such as drawdown, floating risk, MGD, news trading, HFT, arbitrage, copy trading, aggressive trading, AML, links between accounts, API behaviour, and other trading activity.

Where a breach is found or invalid profit is present, Bitrux may refuse the withdrawal request, remove the invalid profit, or hold the request for further review.

Note: the status of the request and the details of the Payout can be seen on the Prop dashboard.

24. Refund Rules

The cost of buying a challenge at Bitrux is non-refundable, and the amount paid is not returned to the user whether or not the challenge is passed.

Once a challenge has been bought, therefore, no refund of its cost can be requested.

25. Right to Risk Review and Interview

Bitrux may request an interview or an account review at any stage of the evaluation, or after profit has been paid, in order to examine the trader's performance and risk management.

This review may cover the trading strategy, the way entries and exits are made, risk management, and the reasoning behind the trades.

Where there is any doubt or inconsistency in an account's performance, Bitrux may hold or refuse the profit payment until the review is complete.

26. Risk Score and System Controls

Bitrux assigns a risk score to every account, which reflects the level of risk and the soundness of its trading.

This score is calculated from factors such as profit and loss, trading volume, the way margin is used, trading behaviour, and how long positions are held.

Even where an account has not broken any rule, restrictions on trading or on the withdrawal of profit may be applied if the risk is high.

27. Emergency Kill-Switch

In order to protect the security of the system and to prevent uncontrollable losses, Bitrux may close positions or stop new trades from being opened in emergency situations.

This may happen in circumstances such as extreme market volatility, a technical failure, or the detection of abnormal risk.

These restrictions are applied to protect capital and the stability of the system, and they do not mean that the user has broken any rule.

28. System Faults and Data Correction

In the event of a technical error, a calculation bug, or a mistake in a displayed price, Bitrux may correct account information and balances, and may review and correct the trades affected by the error.

Knowingly using system bugs to make a profit, or to disrupt the way an account works, is not permitted and may lead to the resulting profit being cancelled.

Any review and correction is based on the system's valid data and on reliable reference prices.

29. Audit Reports and the Official Source of Data

All reports and reviews relating to trades and account performance are based on the data recorded in the Bitrux system.

Where the information shown to the user differs from the data recorded on the server, the server data is the final basis for the review.

All administrative decisions and changes are also recorded and retained in the system, so that they remain transparent and traceable.

30. Rule Updates and Policy Stability

Bitrux has the right to change or update the parameters and conditions of its plans for new purchases.

New changes do not apply to accounts and plans bought previously, unless the rules of that plan expressly state otherwise.

Traders are required to read the latest rules and conditions of a plan before buying it.

31. Consequences of Breaking the Rules

Where the rules are broken, Bitrux may suspend or close the account and remove the profit made from the offending trades.

Profit obtained from a trade that breaks the rules is not valid and will not be paid, even where the account's other trades were carried out without any problem.

In the event of repeated breaches, or attempts to abuse the system, a user's access to the prop services may be restricted or withdrawn entirely.

32. Final Authority on Interpreting the Rules

Where there is any ambiguity or disagreement about how the rules should be interpreted, the final decision of the Bitrux risk team applies.

Explanations given by the support team are guidance only, and cannot form a basis for changing or overriding the rules or the decisions of the risk team.

The final decision of the risk team is binding, particularly in matters relating to profit validation, account status, trading breaches, and the conditions for receiving a Payout.

33. Final Acceptance of the Rules

By using the Bitrux services, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted all the rules, conditions, and restrictions relating to crypto trading and trading activity.

Responsibility for all trades, orders, bots, APIs, and trading decisions rests directly with the user, and Bitrux is not responsible for trading results or for losses arising from the user's activity.

Bitrux gives no guarantee of profitability, of success in a challenge, or of continued access to an account where the rules have been broken.

A claim of not having known the rules, of not having read the Terms, or of having understood this policy differently is not a valid excuse for breaking the rules.
